Went in there because I am thinking about buying the ID4 or a Subaru Forester Hybrid. Not one staff member said Hi or asked if I would like help in the 20 minutes I was in there. There was only 2 other people in the dealship and about 10 staff just sitting around. Why would I spend 500 to 600k in this dealership if no sales person is interested in actually making a sale. I refuse to ask for help in these sorts places. Step up your game.

So far a seamless, perfect experience. We wanted a car and we didn't want a whole lot of hassle. After choosing what we wanted online Anton took care of the rest. When making such a big purchase, this is the sort of attention to detail and care that earns repeat loyal customers.
Once i went there to ask about car connect, they made me circulate around all counters inside, twice, and no one knew what i want. It was just a simple activation, and it says on my screen, “Contact dealer” So maybe i should try with Ford service, or maybe Volvo, you tell me Secondly, prices are .. i don’t find the words to explain it. Example, dsg oil change , more then 5k , I found a deal for 1k, I don’t get why prices have to be 5,or 6 times more expansive from the other mechanics, double price ok, it is an authorized shop, but u can’t charge me 1500 to fill up my windshield liquid. Never more to Vw Poor
I've only left my company's car here but when I did it was great, got a nice loaners car and they called me up as soon as there was something they wanted to replace. Didn't end up cheap for the company (21000kr) but the car had never been serviced at a good place before and the brakes along with a list of other things had to be replaced.
Great place for cars and excellent staff!

I have walked in here several times and no salesman approches and asks for help very poor customer service it is like their always busy and there is no one there, but on the other hand their coffee selection is great and restrooms always clean therefore I can't go for 1 star 2 is better... Wifi is complete turn down, go for Bromma Volkswagen much better customer service and they are always polite and ready to help!
