Twice a year, our five-day itineraries immerse the culinary adventurer in a no-frills (ok, so there are some frills - our June food campers lodge in a beautiful 17th-century castle after all), honest and big-hearted gastronomic experience. Our innovative itineraries are led throughout by Sweden’s first Michelin-starred female chef, Titti Qvarnström. Alongside a team of expert guides and seasoned professionals, Titti combines her years of experience with a nostalgic love of nature’s splendour, taking participants on a gastronomic journey from the wilderness of the forest to the sumptuous banqueting table. This is simplicity as you’ve never seen it before, combining ancient techniques with new tastes and contrasting rustic forest yurts (seriously, no electricity) with splendid castles and cosy manor houses. You learn how to cook yes, but it’s so much more than that - our mission is to enlighten and excite, educate and inspire - and all surrounded and supported by an intimate group of fellow foodies. We passionately hold all our suppliers, collaborators and producers to the highest ethical and sustainable standards, working seamlessly with local artisans and wonderful people to bring our campers the very best that Skåne has to offer. Pure Food Camp takes things back to nature through foraging, harvesting and open-fire cooking, elevating the most humble but fantastically high quality ingredients through time-honoured traditions.
