Perfect place for indoor training. You gan train each of youre muscles. After training gan go in gym shover and rest at cousy chairs. Its possible to rent personal trainer. Very friendly stuff.

I changed my review in a hope they will do something after they read my comment! Old comnent:I come here every Sunday for the last several months.. ventilation is always off.. or maybe broken.. you can't breathe especially in the group trainings..

Area is quite big but is very busy during almost all the times and might have to wait for training from one equipment to another
Clean and fresh but often crowded. No places in the gym that are more hidden away - others always see you when working out in the gym. Not the best supply of classes, but that's easy to look up depending on what you would prefer. This says has two rooms for classes and then an extra big one for spinning classes.
bit too crowded machine park, no good open spaces but great locker rooms and modern machines as expected of sats. haven't tried the courses here.
Very good but no zumba.
Good equipment, clean locker rooms and nice staff. A little bit too small, but overall good.
