I sent a producer in sweden 10 promo cds (Recordable CD's) of my bands music from Norway, marked as a gift, o commercial value\ and for \promotional use only\. They used 11 days to get it there, it cost 254 NOK (28USD) to send it, and they are rude enough to charge the recipient 104 (11USD) swedish kroner in tax and custom. I Used 1h 10 min on the phone waiting to be able to speak with customer service, just to listen to some lady that have been trained by gestapo and hanged up the phone on me when I complained about taxes that have been applied to the shipment. She told me that she didnt need to listen to my complaints, and she hanged up......NEVER AGAIN postnord!!!!! I'll rader pay a couple of hundreds more to receive professional service from another courier than using you amateurs again. THERE IS NO EXTRA TAXES OR FEES on a shipment like that........
Office is soo beautiful
A real shitshow. PostNord never delivers as agreed upon; wrong day, wrong time, wrong address, wrong recipient, wrong country, wrong package, no package... And it's always a hassle to get it right. However, they do have super friendly people in their customer support who always make an effort to correct their wrong doings. Mysteriously, PostNord still manages to make your packages disappear, like magic. Dodge if possible to have a great day!
