Fantastic service. Got my suitcase damaged after just 2 years, and they helped me to issue a warranty replacement. I got lucky I got a replacement by the warranty service (not Mall of Scandinavia) as the damage was perhaps outside the warranty conditions. However, with or without the replacement, I am still very satisfied they helped me out with the paperwork. Excellent service. Thank you guys!

Slightly high price tags but it's definitely worthy. This is the brand that I really like and if you go there on \sales\ season, you most probably find a positive surprise! Very customer-friendly shop and multilingual personnel. Easy to find and at a prime location in Stockholm Quality Outlet...

Dyrt men bra kvalité och väldigt trevlig personal. Erbjuder även lagning av gamla Samsonite-väskor som jag testat och det funkade toppenbra.
Lämnade in min väska för reparation av gångjärn. Fick det snabbt fixat och ovanpå det hjulen bytta då modellen uppgraderats med tystare hjul. Utmärkt. Trevlig personal också.
Mycket bra bemötande vid reklamationsärende. Ärendet hanterades smidigt och fort. Professionellt med andra ord!
