Definitely the best place to work out in Stockhom. I've been to several SATS, several Friskis, Nordic Wellness, Member 24, and this one is so much better for a few reasons. First, they have lockers, towels and workout clothes for rent, so you dont have to haul your gear around. ... spontaneous workouts any time, on way to or from work or home. This is unlike all the other gyms I tried in the city. Second, the personnel are very friendly and helpful. They have a training session included when you join with an expert knowledgeable in physical therapy and muscle groups, plus how to use al the equipment. Many classes too with great leaders. Third, this SATS has showers that stay on long enough to wash your hair after working out. Soap and shampoo are provided - another thing you don't have to bring. Good showers are rare at the gyms around town. Fourth, the equipment is plentiful and in good condition. They even have Expresso interactive cycles that lay out a virtual scenic path with fellow cyclists as you ride through nature, cityscapes and mountain paths, many courses to choose from. There's never a wait to use the many types of machines. Extensive variety of weights and pulleys, stretching mats and yoga balls, equipment galore. Fifth, there are lounge areas to relax, eat, visit with people. Snacks and hair products for sale. Wash cloths. Very comfortable environment including saunas, hair dryers and all the usual perks of the nicer gyms, not to mention spacious and clean dressing rooms. Give it a try and you won't want to go anywhere else.

Sats Frösunda är gamla Balance och det märks på maskiner och inredning. Känslan av ett lite ”bättre” gym lever kvar fortfarande. Framförallt så tycker jag personalen som är väldigt aktiva och håller kolla i gymmet. Min känsla är att många Sats gym har en lite oengagerad personal men här visar personalen motsatsen och håller ordning och reda! Finns inga gratis parkeringar oavsett tid. Solna Stad tar 20kr i timmen dygnet runt vilket är lite surt. Sätter 4 stjärnor då jag saknar en del maskiner och hantlar över 40kg.
Bra variation av fria vikter, rack, område för styrkelyft och välskötta maskiner.
