I have been training here for over 3 years. The gym is fairly well equipped (it seems that they have a hard time providing jumping ropes though). The machines are all new and of top quality. The swimming pool is pretty cold, also the pool for the kids. Fairly clean. The sauna for men has been refurbished recently. The showers are ok but low quality soap. Pro : good price, sauna included in the price. Contra: lack of control on people respecting the rules. Far too many men don't take off their shoes when entering in the locker room. Some even train with the same shoes they use outside!

Cozy and relaxing place for both swimming pool and gym. Gym can be very empty for most of the time and it is very calm to swim there when kids are not around. Weekend's afternoon can be a bit annoying when many children are jumping and diving. And it is a small place to hold lanes for crawl, slow swim and play, but most of the time it works ok. Vasalundshallen hosts good swimming lessons for all levels. Would be nicer if opening hour of the pool is a bit longer and swimming pool is closed during summer time for two months. Excellent staffs, very friendly and always there at the reception.

Not so crowded, warm water in pools, clean.
I use the swimming pool and it usually cleaned and whit space to swim. It hs a big sauna, the biggest in Solna if I am not wrong. The space is a bit cold especially during winter. Staff is kind.

Really clean, quiet local swimming pool - staff always pleasant and helpful. Very happy this pool exists!
