Very nice people working there and helping out with proper vacations options, however the company is not that good. Many photos and hotel specifications is not sound as good as you see on the web. Just Google it out for more information and photos.

Misleading advertising, incompetent staff. Do not respond to complaints nor to compensation claims. Put us and another couple more than 20 kilometers from advertised destination without any public transportation or restaurants - the middle of nowhere. Their response - go rent a car if you want to get to your destination. Avoid.
My husband and I booked our trip to Taormina, Sicily through AirTours. Johanna took care of us. Picked us up from the airport in a huge airconditioned bus and filled us in on everything about Sicily. She had even a package prepared with tours and excursions and her number to call in case of anything. We felt very welcomed and taken cared of. We did in fact call her, quite a few times to book trips. She was very attentitive and is highly recommended. Great job Johnanna and thank you! We are missing you all in Sicily right now
