In February this year I booked an appointment with Dr. Martschin to plan the treatment of the scarring on my face and to see if there is any underlying condition with my skin. Dr. Martschin recommended laser treatment, we booked an appoimnt at the clinic and I was sent me home. It did feel a tad expeditive, but I reckoned everyone is on the clock and I can come back with an e-mail. Which I did the following day (25 Feb.). I asked which of the three laser solutions they provide was the one Dr. Martschin recommended for me, with whom will I have the follow-up consultations after the first peocesure and if the first laser treatment will cover my whole face or just smaller segments. Ultimately, I have asked how the prices on the website shall be interpreted. I received the response that my e-mail was forwarded to Dr. Martschin and he will answer when he can. From 25 Feb. until 1 Apr. (the laser treatment was booked for 6 Apr.) no one returned with an answer to my questions hence I had to cancel my appointment. A great throw to the bins of 1850 kr ( consultation price). Whatever you are looking for to treat at this clinic, keep looking.

Booked a 1000kr konsultation with a doctor here and needed to take it on faktura or Klarna. Instead I got turned around and refused service. My hope was to receive IPL treatment here which usually 7-10 treatments for my conditions, I guess they don’t need business

Inget vidare ställe - jag skulle ta bort synliga blodkärl i ansiktet - nu har jag ärr där i stället som syns ännu mer. :-(
