They should not say "the doctor will be with you shortly". Shortly is 5-10 mins, just say it's a 5 hour wait and set expectations. I was a bit concerned about the medical care here. I went in coughing up blood. However the doctor didn't once examined my nose or mouth. A basic examination of my nose and mouth would have and did reveal what it was! Seems weird to not examine the actual source of the problem. I sincerely hope the quality of care is not that poor with everyone, a non-medically trained individual would have done a better job. Unclear whether these is a basic lack of medical training OR they don't care enough about their patients to do a proper examination. The only saving grave is that they were very polite!

The nurse in the reception recognized how tired I was of being bounced between institutions for my health problem, and arranged for me to see a doctor, even though my case was not considered an emergency. Stefan, the doctor who received me, treated me as an adult instead of a hypochondriac and reffered me to the right instance for my condition. If only every medical facility could be as friendly and professional as this. Thank you!

Tog sammanlagt 1,5 h inklusive röntgen. Fick träffa läkare inom 30 min. Mycket bra service och trevligt bemötande.
