If 1/2 star were available to award, I would have rated half star rather than 1 star. The service specially the customer service is very poor, and the company is very tricky always have to wait exactly 1 hour or more and never connect the call before that and always the recording starts with \20 calls ahead of you\. May be this the typical recording for anyone who contact Bahnhof. My internet is not working for three days and they didn't even gave me a definite solution or response and they say wait and try tomorrow. I can see with all these individuals feedbacks and ratings how this company is not deserve to serve to public. The business should shut or authorities should take any actions against such companies who put their customers desperate.

It's a really good company in terms of stability of the Internet and their privacy mindset. But their custumor service really really suck with phone ques regularly minimum around 1 to 2 hours and the chat function with customer service that makes you wait and you can't text them. The chat function almost every time also glitches and throughs you out after you been waiting in for your turn forever.

The worst provider in Sweden , after waiting for 11 days for them to fix my connection I’m still without net at home and calling them is just useless as well , whenever I called I got same answer( we are waiting for an answer from our partners) like a post office with no use of them , beside the slow net anyway . So if you buy from them you getting yourself to mess for no reason .

Ett uselt bluffföretag som har som affärsidé att leverera betydligt lägre hastighet än man betalar för. När man klagar tröttar dom ut en genom 1h kö till telefonsupport, genom att begära ständiga mätningar, byte av utrustning osv osv. I mitt fall råkade en tekniker försäga sig och berättade rakt ut att jag haft 100Mbit/s i 1 år men betalt för 1000Mbit/s. Kompensationen blev 249kr!! Aldrig mera Bahnhof

Totalt värdelöst. Väntade 1 timme i telefonkö för support och så avslutas samtalet.... Bara att börja om, lär dröja några dagar innan man får tag på dem. Har precis blivit kund men kommer avsluta mitt abonnemang direkt och välja en annan leverantör. Såhär dålig kundservice kan man bara inte ha. Det ska gå snabbt och smidigt att felanmäla eller få hjälp. Undvik detta företag!!
