Last time I went the personal asked me to not let my 14-month old touch the toys - as if I can control him while choosing toys. I left the 5 items I was meaning to buy. I guess they lost a life time value of two customers (my 2 kids). Great books, though. Luckily so can find the same kind for free for 6 weeks from the library at Medborgarehuset.

Bokslukaren: (the book devourer) this is a neat little bookshop dedicated for kids. They have all the classic kids’ books and a lot of the new ones as well, but that’s not all. In the backroom there's an even smaller café with big comfy sofas for fairytale reading and kid lounging. Come here at try, read and buy kids books. And perhaps a bun as well.

Terrible experience but good variety of books. I came with a 2 year old who enjoyed it at first. When he started crying I was immediately offered to get out. Person working there kindly opened the door for me and door was kept open until we left.

Local children's book store stocked with pretty much every book you can imagine. It's a little pricey but otherwise great place to visit if you need some presents or gifts to give away. Unfortunately not many books in English.
