Turned up at the embassy 1,5 hours too early to get my mother's emergency passport. Admittedly, it was my own fault, a misunderstanding. But they fitted us in almost immediately. So, the business was finished and we were on our way back home in no time. Excellent service, so a full pot from me!

I lost my passport recently and urgently needed to travel. The procedures can be quite a minefield but once I had managed to get in touch with the team in charge of the ETD (emergency Travel Document) they were so helpful! Helped me organise the document faster than normal, were understanding of my unique situation and contacted me several times to update me on the progress and best course of action. Up until that point I was struggling to get anywhere but they really helped me sort it out. Once inside the Embassy, the two people I met were very friendly and professional. Thanks again!
Had the pleasure of attending this wonderful Embassy today. Well looked after, and I felt very secure.
I'm a UK resident and had a problem with my biometric card. All they did was to say they don't know and divert me to a recorded message which was unhelpful
