A total disappointment right from the beginning even before the waxing started. I had to make a bold decision to walk away rather than subject myself to the brutal treatment. My appointment was for 12:20 and I arrived at 12:22. This became a big problem for the girl who was extremely rude and was very stressed out. I kindly asked her if she is stressed and she admitted that she was because I am late. It seems like they have very short time slots and no attention or care is given to the customer experience and feel good factor. They are only focused on making money without caring about the customer. At this point I was about to get myself ready for brazilian waxing and her tone of voice and aggression was coming out very strongly. I said to her that I will not have a Brazilian in this kind of environment. I just could not bring myself to trust her and felt a strong aura of negative energy hovering all over the place. I left the place without a wax and am so glad I stood up to her and the company’s horrible treatment of customers. There is nothing ‘Divine’ about this place, if anything else, it’s a total ‘Horror’! Definitely not something that you expect at such a price!

Fräscha lokaler och effektiv, men brutal, behandling. Väldigt varmt vax smetades på med hårda händer. Inget efterarbete med pincett ansågs behövas utan hår lite här och där. Helt ok resultat, men onödigt smärtsamt jämfört med andra ställen. Säkert stressad då tiden bara är 20 minuter.
