DO NOT USE this company EVER! Absolute waste of time. We paid for some boxes to be shipped from Stockholm back to the UK, they were supposed to be picked up on a Thursday.. never happened.. many phone calls later, they were supposed to be picked up on the following Tuesday, never happened again! Excuses, blah blah, excuses..more blah.. my five year old child would do a better job than those clowns.. anyway, we're now getting a full refund from their booking agents! ..we got in touch with another company in the end that picked up our boxes the next day after calling them. So yes, keep well away from this disastrous company, there's many better alternatives in Stockholm.

Three deliveries on one item have failed despite SPECIFIC instructions to call me when on location. Not once has the driver tried to reach me, and when checking the tracking page it has been noted that o one was on site when the package was supposed to be delivered\. I've been at the receiving address all day each time, and have been waiting for a call (which is standard for EVERY other shipping service to attempt when on location). When calling to set up a new delivery, they said that they would make sure the driver would call when trying to deliver. Nothing. Don't use Schenker if you are in a hurry. It's now a week overdue and I do not intend to pay shipping costs for repeat delivery attempts that have failed because of failed instructions. Bad service and help with no real information as to why the driver never even attempted to call.

Leveransen var bra, kom i tid, det var en trevlig chaufför! Dock hade de tagit bort första nollan i mitt tel nr så chauffören kom inte fram då han ringde mig! Jag hade koll så jag såg då bilen kom som tur var. Kundservice var bottendåligt, svarade ej i telefon, chatten fungerade ej. Sände mail och då svarade de ” goddag yxskaft”

Smidigt att köpa frakt online och lämna in hos ombud. Enkelt att hämta ut. Dock, att behöva printa egna etiketter är ett aber. Varför inte utrusta ombuden med en etikettskrivare som printar leveranslapp baserat på inköpsnummer?

Lejonparten av gnället nedan för sig om klagomål på ett helt annat företag! Förvisso en bedrift att konsekvent lägga sig under Post Nords nivå, men detta har att göra med paketens distribution från A till B, inte med utlämning av paket på gatan. Gnäll.
