The EF exchange year is an amazing organization that takes care of you as an exchange student but also as an individual. The EF Sweden Office was kind and supportive before, under and after my exchange!
I was there last summer and this summer . Absolutely different experiences. This summer the first week was good, the second week was horrible. And after I came back from Isle of Wight, I have called EF in Stockholm to ask for an appointment, giving feedback, but first they said to send them email, they will respond. But they didn’t. The next day, have called them to make sure if they have got email, they said they have received, and about writing me back. After while day waiting, I don’t think they will send me any email, because it is 21.00. This is how they want to hear feedback, I guess especially the negative feedback. Even more disappointed!
Professional and positiv experience in booking my EF language course
Avbokade min dotters språkresa i slutet av maj på grund av sjukdom och får besked om att återbetalning beräknas ta mellan 30-60 dagar pga Covid 19-problematiken. När 60 dagar har gått kontaktar jag Ef - ingen återbetalning har då skett - och får besked om att det kommer ta ytterligare minst 30 dagar innan jag kan få tillbaka mina pengar. Tre månaders väntetid för återbetalning - är det verkligen rimligt? Att inte ens bemöda sig med att skicka ut information!? Under all kritik.
Jag har åkt på ett utbytes år med EF Sverige och jag kunde inte ha varit nöjdare! EF har verkligen varit med och gett stöd hela vägen, från när jag ringde första gången till jag kom hem igen. Det har även varit väldigt skönt med att ef är en stor organisation, jag har fått möjlighet att få så mycket stöd från mina host parents, min IEC, ef i Sverige och ef kontoret i USA. Att åka med EF är det bästa beslut jag har tagit och jag har haft de bästa året i mitt liv!
