The service and support staff have a long queue, but they're very responsive and understanding. I've had to go in for warranty service a few times recently, and every time I have to wait as much as an hour. I was thinking of taking off a star for that, but honestly, the staff are really good and patient with my frustrations. The rest of the company I would give three or four stars, but the service folks are great.

The most useless staff I've ever seen. Specially the blonde chubby lady at customer service. Good luck at returning something. You will spend the whole afternoon there by sharing the same queue for repairs. Never going back to this joke of an establishment. Not worth the hassle.
Good for gaming gear usually good deals. Staff varies from being dry as eff and a bit goofy to competent. Sometimes nice dames work there who are quite friendly. We likes nice dames.

If anyone is trying to buy OLED TV ping me and I will share some recommendation and experience. It's worth it Good shop however little congested when it comes for premier purchases for end customer like laptops which is though understood as it is in heart of town

They let people wait for 1 hour and they say it's not long enough. (There is no one in front of us as we have booked our stuff online ). Very rude staff and totally not helpful.
I came into the store and I knew exactly what I wanted, only to be told when I went to the department where I wanted to make my purchase that the individual in the smartwatch section couldn't do anything for me I had to go to the front of the store and speak with a colleague. That was fine but I didn't expect to wait 20 minutes to speak with a colleague because he was working information and customer service. At the end of the day I made a purchase only to find out that my purchase was not in the store that they had to order it and it would be back December 10 next Tuesday. And not only was I pressed for time but the sales person went out of his way to try and insist that I buy a warranty plan for a watch that I'm probably going to give away in about 6 months. At the end of the day I think they should be a little bit more organized and understanding of the customer's time. Kenneth Dockery
