I went there to have my biometric taken for the visa application and the staff was the friendliest and nicest embassy staff I have ever dealt with (I compared with other few embassies)! She answered my doubts really well and very encouraging to ensure me that they'll take a good care of my application (since I'm so worried that covid might impact the processing time). The process went smooth and pretty quick! My suggestion is just make sure that you bring all the required documents properly, so there will be no unnecessary delay in the processing.

I think you have to look at this building from historical perspective. It was build by a rich German guy I think back in 1250 when they first found Stockholm. The building used to cover the entire area. I met this Swedish guy on the street. He knows so much about Stockholm history. This building is now the embassy of the Netherlands.
I renewed my kid's passport again this month and cannot come over how impressed I am with this embassy (I have others to compare with). Just like the first time for her passport and when I applied for mine, you make an appointment and never have to wait long. Then you get helped in the friendliest most professional way. And 3 weeks later the brand new passport arrives for easy pick up. It is just such a pleasure! And they are so friendly despite my heavily accented dutch. What a pleasure to renew a passport here!!

Top die ambtenaren in Stockholm, heb je als Nederlander Hulp of advies nodig ga dan zeker niet naar de ambassade. 4 weken geleden werd ik gearresteerd op verdenking van internale drugs smokkel op arlanda airport Nou zou je denken internationaal das wel ffe een aanklacht in het neutrale zweden Ik kreeg 3 dagen een verplicht gratis hotel van de Zweedse overheid en ik ben medicinaal patiënt ik had alle documenten en paspoorten geregeld zoals gevraagd Nou verwacht je als braaf belasting betalende burger wel iets van je regering te vernemen als je in nood zit in het buitenland het tenslotte een basis recht om iemand van je ambassade te spreken voor je berecht word in het buitenland. Kom dan niet op vrijdag na 16 uur tot maandag 9 uur want dan heb je pech dan is er niemand op lokatie of telefonisch te bereiken. Top Nederland dikke pluim we maken ons liever druk over immigranten. Sluiten die toko in Stockholm geld verspilling, ik werd Door het Zweedse leger des heils beter geholpen die leven namelijk wel 7 dagen per week
