I was on a 2 weeks trip when I suddenly got to know that I have to move! Searching on the Internet for a solution, I found Flyttfabriken. I just sent the keys from my apartment by mail and they packed, stored and then moved everything themselves to my new place! Professionals, serious and good value for money. I definitely recommend them!

***Update: And, they lie! My move was from the 13th floor down with a large elevator and 1 floor up. Movers were good. The company running them are thieves don't use them! Was worried about my move, so called them and told Gunilla I had a large PAX wardrobe and large plants, and wanted a large truck to move between cities. Was told to fill in the order request online, which I did. No response on large furniture question and they sent a medium truck instead. Movers didn't take large pieces first and couldn't get everything in the truck. Move took 2 hours longer (and more expensive, even with me helping) because of repacking to fit large pieces. Still everything didn't fit. Expected me to pay for another round trip between cities, which I denied. Asked for 2 hours compensation, not even complaining about a damaged piece of furniture or other small issues (like a mover constantly trying to have polite conversation with me while on an hourly wage), for my troubles of a longer move and having to go back for the remaining pieces myself. At first no response. Sad. I would have contacted consumer services, but I just paid their bill so as not to deal with the situation anymore. A final communication, in response to this review, has lead to Gunilla trying to defend their choice of a medium truck and telling me I didn't contact them first. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction, but in getting paid fast and preserving their reputation. In case they respond that they can't find my case. It is case#: 4624, Faktura#:5008.
Serious and punctual, I am really satisfied with this service! I could recommend Flyttfabriken to anyone in Stockholm.
