Undisputedly in the pinnacle of fine dinning. An experience like few in a dream restaurant/building that unveils itself over some fantastic hours where you get delighted with the best ingredients, flavors, attention and warmth from one of the best restaurants in the world. Very well earned the 3 stars and all the other prizes. Fantastic!!

No 1 of all places I’ve been to. Yes, it’s a bit pricy but well worth the visit. The staff is friendly and playful and has a genuine feeling to make you feel like home. The restaurant and the dining set is spread across all the levels in the building (3 floors). This is not just a dinner, it’s an experience

We booked for lunch and We were there 13.00-19.00 6 hrs, i can tell it was very lovely time, Happy Food10 the foods was incredible tasty delicious, even though they are small dishes, but i was full after all Cost 3500kr for food, It's worth it. I ordered drinks they will have the menu for you to choose what kind of drinks do you like and they will serve drinks to match with the food. It like one drink for a dish :) I really like it, you could get very drunk after that, thanks me, I ordered non alcohol haha drinks cost around 1200kr or more Place 10 Feel like you are home nice and relaxing first you will get in living room (i think) to have appetizers and all welcome and then they will show you the house, the kitchen etc, and then dining room to enjoy the foods Service 10 They will take very good care of you. Even little details. Thank you again 10/10 experience of everything! I recommend you to try !!! Hope you Enjoy foods !! enjoy your life!!

I have dined at all Michelin 3-star restaurants in Scandinavia in the past year and Frantzén is hands down the best one. Very creative cuisine with delicious non-alcoholic drinks pairing, and you can lounge around before and after the meal - I spent a total of 5 hours there for lunch. I was shown the ingredients to be used in the meal, and the staff introduced every dish and every drink with passion. If you like sweets - they have a cart full of them and you can pick whatever you like (and refill again and again) after your meal. Service was faultless. Upon entry, I was immediately greeted by name and the staff already prepared the correct number of clothes hangers on the clothing rack based on the number of guests (great attention to detail). The lift plays music when you press the button - fun and amusing. I was given a quick kitchen and wine cellar tour before the meal. Napkins were replaced with fresh ones whenever I left the seat. The staff even carried my bag when we moved between different floors! And by the time I got out of the lift when I left, the staff already brought my coat out and also printed the menu. Impeccable and planning to return soon for dinner!

Celebrated my 30th birthday here with my family. Whole thing took forever, 4 hours. Each tiny dish that you eat with one bite took 30 minutes to arrive Then they try to push you to buy their crazy expensive wines which costs same as meal if you choose package. They keep asking every half hour even though we said we’re good we don’t drink. Luckily my family barely drinks or else the check would have been double from 1,500 to 3,000. I’ve been to the best restaurants in the world (I live between NYC & Tokyo) and this wasn’t even close to some of the places I’ve been especially in Tokyo. They had a licorice dish that tasted disgusting, everyone in my family said it was terrible taste. Licorice with some almond and coffee thing, total mess. I actually love licorice, grew up with salty licorice but that dish was just nasty. Luckily this was all free because one of my investors paid for the whole thing or else total waste of money. Service was great, which is expected at a 3 star Michelin place. But extremely over hyped and of course not worth the absurd price. After 4 hours my family had enough they got very very bored and we all agreed to leave. It’s more of a status thing to go to. If you gotta spend your own money and you ain’t filthy rich like my investor is, save yourself the trouble and don’t go here. Main reason we even went here is because the sous-chef is my childhood friend we grew up in same neighborhood and I haven’t seen him in ages because I moved abroad over a decade ago.
