I seriously don't know how and I all of the sudden I had an insurance with them and they automatically deduct 120kr on monthly basis for the past 3 months and i only realised it today. I am very sure I did not sign up any insurance with them nor ever heard from them. Is this a fraud?

Worst insurance company I've ever seen in my life. They do not respect customer. after the second month I returned with my old insurance, where I pay a little more but I still have the support I deserve as a customer. I do not recommend this here

I requested a green card in the beginning of March, asking for a quick response because I was going abroad. And...nothing. Calls, e-mails...I was told 3 times that the green card has been sent. Even the owner of the apartment called the hotline and asked for putting his name on the envelope. And he was told the same - letter has been sent. And guess what? Still nothing. Btw, there was no problem with delivery of an offer for the first 6 months. And there was no problem with delivery of an offer for the next 6 months. So it is not a problem with delivery. It is a problem with sending ! So I don’t recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is just rubbish.

The worst insurance company ever! You can not reach them, they don't take your call, reply no email. They let us down despite they promise continuous insurance with annaualy renewal. Today I will pay 10.000SEK (.ca 1000 USD) fines for the Swedish transport authority, just because they missed to continue our car insurance in the last 3 months. We still haven't got any information about this from Gjensidige. They are cheap but let you down. Avoid Gjensidige!

Varit skadefri kund i flera år. Chockhöjde premien ca 50% med tveksam tydlighet runt detta. Jag lämnade såklart när deras säljare faktiskt sa att de inte ville ha BMW hos sig, därav priset. Nu har de mage att försöka jaga tillbaka mig efter ett år med att anpassa priset närmare marknadspris. Om man jobbar i en förtroendebransch måste man nog vara lite mer mån om sina kunder. Oseriöst bolag som ej går att lita på, varning! Skulle behöva ligga ganska långt under marknadspris för att vara minsta lilla intressant.
