The advisory service include recommendations and opinions as well as hands-on activities such as project co-ordination, valuation, structuring, preparation of decision material, tactics, negotiations, contacts with buyers and sellers. We advise on transactions in most industries, although our track-record includes a large number of fast growing companies in the IT, Technology and Health Care sectors. Our team consists of 12 professionals with background from investment banking, venture capitalists and industrials in the Nordic region.
