Decent hotel with minimum standards. Eberything was clean and functional, but don't expect any luxury. You often might need to call someone on the phone at reception as it is not always staffed, but everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Just make sure your phone is charged if you need late night assistance.

The bathroom was dirty and tap almost coming off from the sink. Shower space very small and I guess the water goes inside the floor and walls since there was gaps in between them. No cleaning or breakfast. Heating was way too hot and staff was rarely available. I had to call them with my own phone to reach them. Only good side was the price and location. I don't think I would go to this hotel again.
Worst experience in Stockholm. No elevator. You arrive to check in and reception tells you to choose from FRESHEST room on 3rd floor or NON-FRESH room in the first floor!! NO DAILY CLEANING! EXPIRED COFFEE IN ROOM! AND THE BEST IS YOU HAVE TO CALL THE RECEPTION TO ASK FOR TOILET PAPER AND THEY ASK YOU TO PICK IT UP YOURSELF IN THE RECEPTION!!! (PS. RECEPTION IS ALMOST UNMANNED AND YOU HAVE TO CALL FROM YOUR OWN PHONE TO ASK FOR SERVICE)
Great location close to the central station and shopping mall and walking distance to Stureplan. The room was compact but very clean and looked recently renovated. I asked for an iron and they couldn't locate one, otherwise very satisfied with my stay. I would have given it 5*s however there is no lift and I was on the 3rd floor! Great value for money
Listen to me very carefully everyone. There is no need for anyone to ever book or stay at this hotel. They charged me 350 SEK just to use their private parking spot, even though there was barely anyone staying at the hotel, there was no one needing to use that spot, and even after I told them I was leaving early in the morning. And, actually, initially this corrupt hotel told me that I would have to pay nearly the same price (i.e.) as my booked room, for that parking spot! This is just the beginning. After they configured my room for me, before I went up to the room, I asked him if the heat was on and working. He said yes. Sure enough, when I arrived to the room, it was not on at all. The heating unit itself was completely cold and not turned on. He said he could take me to another room. Sure enough, the second room also had the heater turned off and was completely cold. The third room he took me to finally had heat. However, incredibly, the room had a “vacuum” ventilation system which was as loud as being inside of a wind tunnel. He actually had the audacity to tell me that no one complained about that noise, which is impossible. I told him that I cannot sleep with that noise; but he said that all the rooms have that vacuum ventilation system, and would have the same noise. This is just a hotel obviously desperate for money! Just keep this hotel out of your sight and mind! Stay away!
Superb hotel for the price. Clean, tidy, warm. Perfect for a quick overnight
It was relatively nice and tidy, good for the price. The bathroom was veeeery small and you could not close the door when showering. Breakfast was simple but good, not too much stuff but good enough. Location was very good!
It is located in the main square of stockholm . Very good hotel within an affordable rate. Staffs are very friendly; especially the lady, who was born in Turkmenistan, was very helpful . Very good breakfast. Very old building and it doesn't have any elevator. Train station, bus stops, shops are very close to it.
