I got my daughter's new passport only 30 minutes. Before that, i called them and they were really helpfull and nice. They were letting me to use the staff toilet also. Very nice and great service. I feel like in my home in Indonesia.

1st I can't call on phone then I got answer via messenger if it was problem with telephone. I ask about proses visa they said its take about 3 days proses but I wait like 3 weeks I didn't get them. .. I just hope they serve better.

The staff members were rude and tried to overcomplicate things. As an Indonesian myself, I noticed that they tend to be friendlier to non-Indonesian. Very professional, eh?

When i called with visa questions in january i got good and speedy answers to all my questions. On todays visit to hand in the visa application i got really good service and help with the few questions that remained. Afterwards i spent a good 20 minutes chatting with one employee about Komodo Island and he gave me really useful tips and shared a couple of anecdotes about his latest trip to the Islands. Top service and very friendly!

Terimakasih pak Eri sudah mengantarkan pasport saya kerumah, det var snäll av dig. Peraturan tentang ktp sebagai syarat warga negara Indonesia yang tinggal di Swedia utk membuat pasport sebaiknya dikaji ulang, karena kalau punya ktp Indonesia dan tinggal di negara lain kan jatuhnya double identitatas dan melanggar aturan dan tentunya sangat menyusahkan kita yang tinggal di negara luar. Tolong dihapus saja!

Ga ada tanda khusus semacam bendera merah putih gitu jadi sempet bingung nyarinya.. Trus susah juga masuknya karena pintu terkunci, alhamdulillah pas ada orang yg keluar dari dalem... Ternyata karena kesorean jadinya diluar jam kerja datengnya. Klo pas jam kerja bisa pencet bel dan akan direspon dari dalem, lalu dibukain pintunya
