Delicious hearty meals. Warning for large but satisfying portions. Save room to enjoy potato salad and side dishes. Great house brewed beer.

Amazing food! Everything tasted homemade, with unique original flavours and very fresh. The place is quiet and 100% corona friendly. The service was very good, the lady who took our order was very nice. And the food portions are enormous, something not common at all in Stockholm. Good work! We'll definitely come back :)

December in the year of the Covid or 2020 and absolutely delightful to leave the quarantine for a while. We enjoyed tasty Czech pilsners and filled schnitzel at Soldaten Svejk. As nice as ever

Perhaps the best Prague schnitzel in town! It was just perfect and as it should be. Goes well with a glas of unfiltered Bernard ale. I'd say 4.5 stars. The price is decent too.165 sek for schnitzel and 75 sek for a pint of beer. Already look forward to visit again and try other items on the menu!

Central European food. Best value for money in northern Europe. Great if you like hearty dishes like a cheese stuffed schnitzel and a coupe of solid beers.

Another one of my \get to places\. Svejk is known for its Schnitzel which you can get here for an unbeaten combination of price vs. quality (I think around 160 SEK; meat is pork, not calv). To me, it's taste is only rivalled by Moldau in Stockholm. To that, there's a selection of up to 10 mostly Czech beers on tap. The interior is that of a eastern European beer-hall, quite genuine and nice. Note that they don't take table bookings and are quite popular, so plan in to have a beer while waiting for your table!

The schnitzels are great. I had the blue cheese schnitzel with potatoes and gravy. Honest food great quality meat. Do not forget all Czech beers!

Very nice place with a cozy and central european feeling. You can't book tables here but instead wait downstairs where you are offered drinks while you wait. The beer is a bit cheaper here than some other places and the food is fantastic.
