Ended up with an overpriced mattress that's harder than I wanted, thus too hard for me to get a good night's sleep, and that can't be exchanged since I didn't order an extra, proprietary \bed cover\ that was out of stock when I bought the bed. not recommended.
When we went to KungSängen Kungsgatan, we were really pleasent as the staff were really helpful and explained for the beds selection they have. Finally we bought the beds and knowing it has waranty up to 25 years. On the delivery day, 2 personals came to our place, they worked very fast and cleaned the debris after that. Thank you for your great service!
Great service and expertise
I ordered 2 beds a nightstand from this shop in December. My delivery was scheduled for the end of January. The delivery came missing two items: the nightstand, and a headboard for the bed. This was a surprise to me at the point of delivery as they had not contacted me to inform me that some items will not be delivered on time. The delivery man said that he didnt know when i would get the remaining items, and they would be in contact with me. They did not contact me in the coming days so i emailed them. They responded saying the items would arrive on feb 5th. They didnt arrive then. I emailed again after this date had passed. No response. I then called and their employee said they would be delivered on Feb 24th. I informed them i would have left Stockholm by then, and we rescheduled the delivery to May 7th. The man on the phone was apologetic and offered for me to call once i have received the missing items and they may offer some compensation. Overall, this purchase has been a very big inconvenience. I am satisfied with the quality of the products i received, however i would definitely NOT buy anything from this shop again. There are plenty of bed shops which are capable of offering both a good quality bed and good customer service but unfortunately kungsangen is not one of them.
