I hired Magdalena the Cleaning Fairy services for a moving out cleaning and they were great. Since the initial contact until the final customer service. I had 2 persons that were in my residence were amazing, very polite, detailed and explained everything to me when they arrived. In the final inspection, they were also super supportive and the quality of service provided was great. Magdalena was very kind also all the time, explaining the steps etc. In general, I was very satisfied with the service and I would for sure recommend them. Thanks the entire team!

I was happy with the final results: good quality and the cleaner was detailed and professional. I do believe the work took a bit longer than expected for the space, given it wasn’t a deep clean.
She does not respond to email queries in a professional or timely manner. She is not able to give a quote, even when being provided photos of the apartment, and the size of the apartment.
