I have been ordering here for the last year (due to Covid), Although some of the prices are higher than other stores who deliver, I enjoy getting my deliveries from MatHem. I especially LOVE to order the bags of assorted fruits & vegetables that they select. It's like getting a surprise goody bag :) I have never had any issues with my orders, and the delivery is always on time, right to my door (which is a bit hard to find). Everything is always fresh and packaged carefully. I highly recommend!

We ordered from Mathem and right after I finished my order, I saw that it was going to be sent to our old address. So I immediately went in and changed the order by adding more food and changing the address. Our order was still sent to the old address. I didn't think about calling until the next day since our food was supposed to be delivered in the evening. I just thought the food was late. The next day I saw that our food was returned to mathem. My husband called and was told we wouldn't get our money back because we have to call the same day. Even though I changed the adress in the system and they sent it to the old adress, it's our fault according to them for not calling on the same day? It cost us about 950 kr. I ordered from mat.se instead, and I noticed that they tell you the \klimatpåverkan\ of every item! So, in the end, it's turned out well because I probably wouldn't have switched to mat.se.

We ordered 5000 kr in food and they delivered 3 tomatoes during mid-summer. The service has serious problems. I don't recommend it anymore

Worst delivery service by far! Products ordered 10 days in advance but only 2h before receiving them they sent an email saying that many of them were not available anymore! Nothing that can be done anymore at that point, only place another order (that will arrive in 10 days) to get them. Absolutely not recommended!
