Very expensive! Because of COVID-19, all the public libraries are closed and I needed to print 2 pages (A4, black-white) so I had to go to a copy shop. The service was good, but I thought it was extremely expensive. I printed 2 pages in black and white and I got one of the pages scanned and I had to pay 118 kroner. I was pretty shocked!
Really bad costumer service. I uploaded my photographs to the self service desk where it said the pictures are ready in 1 hour. When I went to the cashier to pay and pick up my photos she said „No, come tomorrow we already switched of the machines“. While trying to ask if they can make an exception for 1 photo because it was urgent the lady interrupted me mid-sentence and just said „No No No, tomorrow“ in a rude way. I understand that this can happen but you can still communicate politely with your costumers. And you should update your self service desks, as they are promising wrong processing times to the customers. It also seems that you get treated a little bit better if you speak Swedish. The photographs were good quality though.
The Staff is very friendly and willing to help. the best place I have found for printing photos. Very accurate information on its advertising. Nice prices.
I find it very convenient and cheap to use the kiosk to print photos yourself.
