Bought a benq monitor from the store , the people in the shop are very helpful , I had a small misinformation of the product from their manual , so I went to the shop and asked for help and the guy in the shop is very kind and he helped me with some cables without any charge and asked to return the purchased product if it doesn't work or I am dissatisfied , the conclusion is that this is best and friendly camera shop in Stockholm

Have tried to buy used lens, but first time when I came they had wrong information on their website. They said they gonna order the one I need from Finland. I was waiting 1 week, they have called me and said that my lens has come. I came there again and second time lens was wrong again, they have ordered for EF-M mount, not for ef-s mount that I was needed. Thanks, that's enough.
They either do not answer or just hang up on you when you try to call support or the butik
I like the store very much! They have very good products and the display is beautiful. The price of the product which I bought is much cheaper than many other stores which I visited yesterday. You can search the product on their website before you go to the store and it’s convenient! The prices online and in store are the same. I will go to this shop again if I need other products. I read the reviews before I went to the shop. Someone said there was racism, so I decided to go to the store and have a look. I come from China, have black hair and am studying here. The staff are very nice and polite. Now, I disagree with some reviews. Be nice to others and they will be nice to you, that’s my grandpa taught me. It’s unfair to give them one star. They really do a good job! Obey the law, follow the rules, be nice to others, and people will be nice to you. If they are not, that’s their problem,not yours. Try to communicate sincerely before giving a bad review. That will be helpful to future customers, you and I. This is only my own opinion. I respect others’ views, sincerely.
Just wow. I have found over the internet that they had the lowest price for the lense I wanted . First I had doubts as it is could be too good to be true. However when I came into the shop I was positively surprised . It was very spacious with lots of photography equipment. The seller was super nice and helpful. Even gave me some extra protection filters he had left and that they don't sell. (Wouldn't expect to have it all the time. Guess I was lucky. But still!). Bottom line , I came in with no expectations and came out extremely satisfied. Will definitely go back there for other equipment. Highly recommended!
