Really nice dining experience. Good, attentive service. Some amazing dishes some good. I was quite disappointed with the dessert.

Hantverket is a big restaurant with many tables, but even though it will be pretty impossible to get a table walking in, book a table in advance. Why am I giving such a low rating? First of all, we had a bad start, where waiter tried to serve champagne (165 kr/gl) into wine glasses, both me and my partner felt quite strange at that moment since high end restaurants don't do that and also we came to celebrate a special occasion; so we asked waiter to serve it in champagne glasses instead. On the photo you can see how much champagne you get serves... Better skip, champagne serving is obviously not their strong side. Food is generally nice, portions are small, but suit great for sharing. In my personal taste the food was a bit unbalanced, 4 out 5 dishes had pickled ingredients, the sour flavors were dominant in most of the dishes.
Great food, good wines but unpersonal service, therefore the 4 star. Would have liked more interaction with the waiter who was very polite, professional, but cold. I will definitely come back for the food. I was alone, seated at the counter and I really wanted to know more on the restaurant, suppliers, sustainability, history etc. but never felt like I had a genuine opportunity to engage conversation. Awesome value/price ratio

Fantastic. Great food and great cocktails. I can highly recommend their tasting menu and the drinks that come with it. Combined they make for an unforgettable evening.
