You should evaluate your staff, some of them are so rude. I made a question about my journey to two of your employees and both were so rude. “That’s not my problem, you have to check by yourself” shouldn’t be an answer. I have never encountered people less friendly towards tourists. I DO NOT recommend this company, it’s a shame.\u202c

Starting at 04.04 in the morning, got a text 15min before that the track was being maintained, train canceled. No available trains until 11.10. Have to pay 450sek extra for the new ticket which the support I talked to do not want to pay. Get on the 11 train. One fire on the way and two electrical errors (and don’t forget the non working AC) resulting in two hours delay. All in all, I came to work at 16.00 in the afternoon instead of 06.30. Thank you SJ!

I have been travelling for three years between Stockholm and Uppsala. In average the train is at least 10 mins late twice per week. I had some bad experiences such as being stuck about 5 hours in the middle of the country side or having an 8 hour delay. Never got any answer to my complaint.

Sweden offers many great things. Free world-class uni, healthcare for everyone, infrastructure is great, social services are high standard etc. Although SJ may be the absolute worst that Swedish public services has to offer. Very unpredictable, you couldn't possibly plan an appointment after traveling traveling with SJ. I am very disappointed especially since traveling by train is very enviromentally friendly. As it is today Swedes take their cars only because SJ sucks if you have any schedule at all to follow.

The absolute worst transportation I have experienced! 3 delays all on the same day, rebookings with no place to sit, terrible staff organization, terrible schedule organization and just overall a horrific experience!

I had a 2 hour delay from Malmö-Norrköping and emailed about compensation. Got an auto generated email about 4 weeks answer time. Just got a reply 7 weeks later where they are asking for my booking no. even though it was provided with the ticket as an attachment. Worst and slowest customer service I have ever experienced. I will definitely not travel with this company again or recommend this company to anybody. 1* from me.

9 of 10 travels are late and no compensation what so ever. If you can travel by other company. I advise you to do so.
