Check your SL to register. Change your SL cards if they're damaged or broken. Services are not always good but you can escape from some major problems. Chill ya!!!

Ridiculously expensive for extremely low quality of service. The whole subway system is catastrophic this summer. Subways are dirty (I don't even dare to sit down seeing the stains of human sweat, blood, urine, feces and what not - do they even clean these!?), never on time, either fully packed or totally empty, logistics are really poor. The endless number of beggars is also quite annoying early in the morning on a packed train. There is no AC on subways which makes the journey sweaty in summer. Information in English is basically non-existent. The ticket system is so overcomplicated, I often see tourist standing in front of ticket machines scratching their heads. If you manage to buy the wrong ticket, there is no way to get any money reimbursed as a tourist, but it takes weeks even for locals because of the bureaucracy. Buses run infrequently. ps. I live and work in downtown so I rarely use SL for more than 3-5 stops, so I can't even imagine how terrible can it be on commuter trains and longer journeys.

*Extremely expensive for what you pay ba what you get (read to the very end) *Every day you face a new surprise with SL. *Always broken escalators *Extremely slow maintenance/repair processes *Lack of parking spaces in the vicinity of trains stations which is getting worse every day without an act plan to improve *Punishment of people losing their prepaid SL card with an extremely long process for issuing a simple replacement card *Bureaucratic process for any reimbursement or compensation *Non-responsive into inquiries (see my unanswered questions in the reviews) especially about net and mobile coverage now, why to give even one start

A bit hidden underground even thoits right by the rushing traffic of commuters. Quick and easy service.

I don't know why but I never get good service there. Have seen 2 of the staff smile once when one of them was joking with his college. And when it comes to the commuter trains "pendeltåg", there are disturbance every winter and in year 2018 even the summer was catastrophic. Delays, cancellations etc. The subway in other hand is doing a lot better work. And the buses somewhere in the middle. I hope though they get better soon because I live in this country and don't have a car or even a driver's license. And it's not good having to take an earlier bus and still come in late to work.
