Well regarding value for money my trip from Stockholm to St Petersburg cannot be beaten. The ship is nice enough although tired in some places. Staff very helpful. I didn't eat on board so cannot comment on that. However the company gives scant info about check in etc. I booked my ticket on line I was not even told which port to check in at or how long before departure I needed to be there. I requested this info from St Peterline and never even had a reply and eventually found out through Stockholm Tourist Information Office. Passengers are of many nationalities. Immigration into Russia took nearly 5 hours inside a desolate Soviet room with hundreds packed in like sardines. This eat heavily into our limited 72 hour stay in Russia. Additionally the time we had in both Helsinki and Tallinn after disembarkation was around 3-4 hours for each city. Information re disembarkation was also dire. One tiny door at the end of a narrow hallway was insufficient for all those passengets. Would I do this cruise again? No but that isn't the SPLs fault it was all the hanging around at immigration and having to rush back to the ship having seen very little. If you want a quick look at the three cities then this is great value. Small but immaculate cabins BTW. Oh and the ship caught fire in Tallinn harbour. We were delayed about 7 hours but made good speed and arrived in Stockholm only 2 or 3 hours late.

The ship is nice and the activities and restaurants aboard pretty great. However, we were supposed to leave the boat at 11:00 as we were told twice and we were just kicked out of our room by unrespectful staff. It was a shock ! We went to the front desk and all the staff did not care at all about this treatment, we just didn't get why our trip ended so badly. They just yawned at our faces and told us we could leave the ship. Kinda ruined our day !

Une honte mon fils est en suede il doit prendre un ferry demain il réserve puis on lui dit le ferry c'est le 10 il veut annule et prendre un.autre la o n lui dit que ce n'est pas 50 euros mais 777 car de luxe pas noté sur le site ... pas de remboursement rien alors qu'il as versé 200 euros de réservation pour les 2 ferry c'est un jeune qui parle à peine Anglais et qui est partit pour e tour du monde . UNE HONTE LA COMPAGNIE NE PEU PAS NE PAS REMBOURSE NE SERAI CE MEME QUE LA MOITIE DE LA RESERVATION
