For 350 kr I got a one color gel manicure, the staff was friendly and it still looks great one week later (see picture)

Horrible experience. I booked my appointment for manicure and when I arrived it turned out there's another client at the same time so the girl doing my nails was jumping from one customer to another not giving anyone enough attention. *Manicure consists only removing shellac and putting new one so forget about any care for cuticles or cleaning your nails. *I've picked 4 colors and they didn't have any of those available. *I asked for certain shape of my nails and the girl didn't even listen and I had to ask twice to do the shape I wanted. *During payment they informed me that Manager raised the prices (since last week) so I had to pay more than I agreed and booked for. Prices on website still hasn't changed. * I usually don't write reviews but since I'm doing my nails for many years and I visited many salons I have to say that I've never experienced such a bad customer care and I'll never go back there. It supposed to be relaxing not stressful experience.
Really great, love my manicure, pedicure and eyelashes.
Worst pedicure I've ever had. Left my nails ragged without filing them - an older employee had to come and redo the pedicure. Used tools that had not been properly sanitized. Never going back.
Disgusting. Just don't go there.
