What an amazing service I got here. I can’t remember the person name but it was amazing. Buying my first fishing rod and I got out there thinking that I could buy the whole store just for that service. Well done for them. I hope I can catch many fishes with all those tips. Thanks!

I’m going to be very frank about SportsfiskePrylar, and other competitors. Swedish shops are not well-known for great customer service. In fact - sorry - they stink. I have dealt with other Sportsfiske shops online too, before Söder. They screwed up my orders, and it took ages for them to fix their mistakes. Frankly, I expected more. In Canada, I would have at least received something a bit extra the inconvenience, in trying to save me as a future customer (rebate code, a best selling lure - something as a gesture of the importance of my return business). Then I discovered SportsfiskePrylar! What a breath of fresh air! I receive everything that I order, with no mistakes. I receive it in record time (pretty much overnight). And then - I had one product that was defective and needed to be replaced, and I needed to contact customer service. I dreaded needing to do so, based on past experiences with customer service in all kinds of businesses here in Sweden. But Hilding at Prylar - INCREDIBLE. Very helpful, got me the replacement with no questions asked, and I am back on the water. Like I said. I’ve tried pretty much all online fishing shops in Sweden and one in Norway. SportsfiskePrylar is BY FAR the best, and I will not shop anywhere else for my fishing needs.
Very large fishing store with many knowledgeable staff members available to assist. Clearly the staff are all enthusiastic fishermen too.
If your question is: \Do they have...\ - the answer is yes. Yes they do have that. Probably in colors you didn't even know existed. A fisherman's Disneyland, with friendly and helpful personnel.
Wow this fishing shop has more inventory and selection of the BEST fishing gear for sport fishing enthusists. The staff working there are also friendly. They know their stuff and are happily ready to help. Thank you
Great range of fishing tackle here, but the reason i gave it 5* is because of the excellent service i received and the time that was taken to give me more knowledge of Stockholm waters.
Great e-shop! Super proffessional, very customer focused, and a great assortment of products (they have almost everything). The customer service is hands down the best I have ever encountered, super customer oriented. 10/10 would recommend!
