Excellent customer services. I had a slight problem with my order and they replaced it free of charge with next day delivery with DHL. The quality of my product is so good and 100% waterproof as stated and exactly what I needed the bag to do. Highly recommend this business for service and products.

Super pleased with the customer service! They’ve been extremely responsive to all my emails (and there’s been a bunch) and when I had an issue with a paddle I bought from them they had a new one in the mail the same week. Will be receiving my new kayak from them very soon and I’m extremely excited, I ordered a red one initially but when the green one later got added to the site they swapped my order at my request with no hesitation.

Great experience today! Got help from Dakota and Oscar who were helpful and friendly. They even helped us sort everything out when we had an extra friend show up and helped explain everything we needed to know before we began. The kayaks were very well maintained compared to other rental places, and even though it’s a little bit of a walk to the water, once you’re in the water there are tons of islands to stop at and take a swim. We’ll definitely come back.
