On the two occasions i have visited the Embassy in Stockholm for passport renewal I have been treated with lots of love and respect,fast service the last one I submitted my passport application on appointment by 1:00pm and got my new passport by 4:00pm same day.To make it easier for you, go to their updated website to check out new updates on any consular issues, opening days/ hours, processing time, telephone numbers,bank accounts and many info, before making any move, you will be pleased. If we treat our establishments as the europeans do theirs we can sure enjoy great services Nigeria Embassy Stockholm has that..there is definitely room for improvement in the email and telephone communication, i look forward in seeing that area fixed.

It was a nice week experience.
I have sent an email!!please reply, so I can know what to do. I have tried to call also but no answer, get an automatic answer after standing in line for several minutes that my number is blocked for calls to you. Doesn't matter what number I call from tried with different mobiles and landlines. I do not have time to travel to Stockholm for things that can be solved in two minutes by phone or email.
No answer on email or phone. When coming there in person, travelling for hours, they refuse to help because it was 1h to closingtime. Now they shut down because corona and no information, we went there standing outside freezing, waiting. At least put relevant information on website or notice on whats going on.. so People can know. Unnesicary frustration.
This is a Nigerian Institution I am well pleased with after visiting in February 2019. I really hope other Nigerian Institutions can emulate such distinctive services. Although not perfect, this is the pathway we Nigerians should embark on. A piece of recommendation to the Ambassador, kindly refurbish the waiting room, cleanliness, proper storage for files and better queuing system. Many thanks to the staff for collective effort in making our country a better place starting from Stockholm, Sweden.
Hi Leif Björkman, please can you advice is they are open and in service, because i have been trying to reach them on the phone or email, no answer from them.and i need to travel from Copenhagen down there tomorrow, i just want to make sure they are open. looking forward to your reply.
