Go if you like how royalties live. Time to visit 3 hours ( normal curiosity visit) Headphones (for a good audio tour) Water bottle, protein bars No washrooms in palace It real gives glimpse of the lifestyle kings and queens have. Ever room, the walls, decorations and even the daily use things is royal and unique. This palace is still in use for few annual meetings and as a guest house of state representatives of different countries. Audio details of each section gives illustrated details. I enjoyed every section with great audio input. In my opinion a must visit.

There are no tours currently being given because of the Coronavirus but there are so many informative signs in each room along with an app where you can either read or listen to information about the rooms. It was very huge on the inside and we were delighted that so many of the rooms are decorated as they were. We were surprised to see there was a museum in the basement, we almost missed it. It had great artifacts and information about the history of the palace. The workers there were friendly and able to answer all my questions. Glad we were able to go!

Much more history than I had thought of. Nicely laid out displays. Descriptions in Swedish and English. Which is good for me as I don't speak Swedish!

A very nice and royal place. You can feel the royal atmosphere. The courtyard is not so big but still is worth visiting.

From the outside, the building is impressive, but a bit boring. The interiors are beautiful and correspond to the importance of the place. Unfortunately, the treasury and the chapel were closed at the \covid time\, but the royal apartments were doubtless worth it.

A grand and luxurious palace with wonderful furnishings. This is Stockholm's main attraction. You must check it out! Several times a day, with spectacular, ornate guard changing, which you should definitely watch! Worth it. But beware, because they are stolen in large crowds !!! Up to a day at the embassy and other offices !!!!!!! Be careful !!!!!! There are many different attractions around. You can spend the whole day in the area.

This place is huge! We spent two full hours and could have spent two more, but we started too close to closing time for that. There's so much to look at! They said to start upstairs because that is the biggest and they weren't kidding. It's huge! We almost missed the old palace museum in the basement. Would have loved to have spent much more time there. Don't miss the Armory or the Treasury. There's great stuff to see.
