The day they understand that empathy, human touch and the way they approach their customers is also part of being a veterinarian this place might have a chance to become an institution, this place is what you would expect of a veterinary in the year 2100, full of expensive and advanced technology driven by cyborgs that are unable to feel any emotion nor understand circumstances more than what they are programmed for. Nowadays they are still human (in the appeareance) but pretty much fitting in the description previously expressed, if that wasnt bad enough add a little bit of arrogance and godlike attitude and there you have it, the full Evidensia Strömsholm experience. I must have slept for too long to miss the moment where the veterinaries stopped being a helpful bunch of educated people who provided a service to help our pets and became instead into a godlike person who will treat you with contempt and will make you feel like you owe them a favour every second they WASTE into you, the worried owner of a pet you love with all your heart. Please think twice and get a second opinion before getting in here, cause you wont get that right once your pet gets in.

I did not like the threatening by calling police and by animal welfare law if I immediately do not sign the document allowing to euthanize my dog. Honestly, not wishing to come back to that.......................................Additionally, the weekend team looked too young and inexperienced for difficult decisions.

I regret taking my female cat to them. She was admitted on a weekend last May as an emergency case. Drove 160 km to them. Cat had subcutaneous emphysema/pneumomediastinum caused by trachea rupture from a dental anesthesia a few days prior. Decision was to put the cat in an oxygen cage to have rupture heal by itself (this is most common and usually successful treatment ). Vets changed their mind two days later and all of a sudden pressed me to under anesthesia go in with a scope and try to find rupture and fix it. I had 10 mins to make a decision. No alternative was discussed. I gave them permission. Cat died on the operating table. I regret my decision and I regret taking cat to Stromsholm Evidensia. Cat was in a good condition in the oxygen cage and could breathe normally. More time should have been given instead of rushing to put cat under anesthesia again. More over, I felt personnel with whom I talked over the phone was inconsiderate, snotty and hurried. Not interested much in explaining all details after such tragic outcome. BTW -Sweden is terrible with veterinary care after hours. No one wants to work evenings or weekends. People who need help for their pets have very few options. Sad.

I went with my dog as it said weekend open (always open) ..Couldn't get through on the phone. They then told me that they only take in emergencies!!! and I would have to take a day off work to take my dog during the week! No help or advice from the girl in reception! Of course an emergency would cost more, so a weekend when you have the time to take your pet to the vets is not available!

Dom gör lika jobb som alla veterinär men tar helt sjuka pris för detta! 5.600 kronor extra för helgen!!! Det står i ingen relation till prestationen! Kommer absolut inte åka ditt igen om jag kan undvika detta.
