It is what it is - a huge place for everything you need when repairing or building your home. Lots of parking spaces, polite personnel, lots of everything you need. I haven't compared prices with similar stores like Bauhaus that closely, but I think it's about the same.

This is, suprisingly, one of my favorite store. Each department has competent staff and is generally well staffed. I've visited countless times for my highly improvised home improvement and garden projects, usually I have no idea what I'm looking for, usually I ask something like \I need a metal thingy that looks like this\ and show them a crudely drawn scketch, or ask for a tool that I don't know the name of or if it even exists, or tell them I'm going to extend the wiring/pipes/etc and ask for the parts I need. The staff is always competent and helpful(most staff are also polite, a few are a bit rude, but personally I prefer competence over politeness any day of the week). The prices and range of products are also very good, but it's the staff that stands out.

Horrible customer service. The guys in a warehouse just walking around drinking coffee. I had 2 huge plywoods I needed help with and they just ignore my request to help to take it from a shelf. Rude rude rude never again
