Really bad experience!!! At the pickup of the car the test protocol provided by KVD did not cover all the notes and the car was in worse condition than described by KVD. NOT TRUSTWORTHY!! Permanent rust on break disks, damaged seat, broken glas ( back light), scratches on front glass and more notes that should be covered by the test protocol. When complaining at the KVD no manager was available to talk to and at the reception they gave me 2 choices: 1) not buy the car 2) get 1000kr discount. I traveled from Stockholm to Svedala with my kids to pick up the car and I really needed a car at that moment. No other car was available to buy. Therefore i bought the car with all additional notes not covered by the test protocol. I write this text in English to reach out even to people who does not speak English.
No coffee, no gas in car, otherwise good
Deras värderingar är långt över marknadspriset, kontrollera noga på alla bilsaiter, glöm ej att det är priser som är prutbara med minst 10% Kvd verkar inte köra efter bilhandlarnas listor utan högsta pris på blocket blir deras bilhandlarpriser. Inget ovanligt att priserna trissa upp på kvd , långt över marknadspriset Många bilhandlare lägger sina bilar på kvd för hopp om bättre betalt Så klart skall bilhandlare ha sin marginal och sen skall kvd ta sin del. Då blir det ingen bra affär, bilen blir inte såld till reservationspriset Gång på gång läggs bilen ut igen till någon slår till.
