Claimed to have tried to deliver but never showed up at all! (several persons on site & CCTV cameras installed) Not the first time UPS does this to me, same on several addresses. Worst service ever. Nor is the tracking site providing any granularity other than \in transit\. I'm always avoiding UPS when possible, and recommend others to do the same.

Alway late, always missed delivery opportunity when you were home all day.
Delivery man stated that delivery was made to hotel after the hotel closed. Package mysteriously re-appeared at the local UPS center, which was closed. My package got stuck in the US since my colleague who was going to pick it up was leaving.
Customer services was useless. When I asked a question, the guys was laughing and was of no help at all. Never use UPS ever again.
They are consistent only in delivering bad experience. Every time I am forced to have contact with them it is a long and painful process. Once I had to wait 2,5 hours in their waiting room before they have finally found my package. On another occasion I had to go multiple times to the pick-up point before being able to collect my parcel. Utterly terrible and disgraceful business.
Gotten 4 delays, contacted the support 3 times and I still haven't recieved my package. Delayed 10 days but I assume that can still add on. Feels great to pay extra for faster delivery that ends up being slower with more hazzle than just normal delivery. Never gonna order from something that's being delivered by UPS again. This one star should be negative.
They called me before they arrived and everything went smooth. Only downside was that they didn't help me carry my packet to my floor (2nd), but hey. I didn't ask them to, so it is my own fault.
