We loved our stay. Tiveden national parc is absolutely stunning and being able to stay at ösjönäs just made it perfect. The accomodations are literally in the parc but also perfectly melt in, in the way they are set up and the attention to sustainability of the owners. The cabins are comfortable and cosy, the chefs food is amazing, the staff makes you feel at home.

This week me and my girl went for a horseriding experience. It was great!! It was our first time ever on a horse,so Jessica helped us and gave some advice how to ride. After the instructions we went into Tiveden national park with Jessica. Sadly it started to rain a bit but that didn't make it less enjoyable! Halfway the morning we had lunch and talked about all kinds of things with Jessica. After the lunch,which took about half an hour we had to saddle the horses and went back into the national park. However, it started to rain harder and harder,but still we had fun! When we arrived at the stables we were soaked....,and so cold. Now we are back at our B&B,had a warm shower and some dry clothes and both have a big smile now!! Thx Jessica!! And for those who also want to do this,do it!! The surrounding area is beautifull!!
Excellent place to hire a boat/canoe or camp for a night. The staff is very friendly and professional. Canoe hire is inexpensive and both lakes have magnificent spots to have a small picknick. This is one of the two places in the Tiveden National Park where camping is allowed, we stayed here for one night for 50 SEK per person. However, there are no showers or cooking facilities. It is also possible to pay with a debit card or creditcard.
