The daily opening of the dam gates during the summer is a nice happening. I would go there again, it is really worth it. Tip: Do not stand on the bridge as anybody else. When standing on the bridge looking towards the falls, go to the left and alongside the riverbed. There are some nice platforms with a great view to the gates.

You can take a nice stroll in this area or park ar the parking lot free for 3 hours and walk into the city.
People are very friendly and welcoming. The Riverside is very scenic and the shopping is good. There are lovely Riverside walks and sights to see.
Super nice! Remember to check the schedule for when they release the water. Lots of paths with platforms around the forrest surrounding the river to watch from.
Nice place, but there was almost no running water at all and thus not much of a waterfall. The amount of water that rjns through the place is controlled and might differ. Definitelly worth hiking around, just don't get your hopes up for spectacular waterfalls.
