Arrived 7am to have a look at my French friends' toe that is infected. Was told by a nurse at the counter that if you didn't have a Swedish personalnumber (10 digits) she didn't know how to register the visit. She told us to come back in 1 hour later when her co-worker would arrive.. When we arrived one hour later we had to wait for another 2 hours to finally get an examination that didn't give us any new information. The nurses working in the counter should definitely learn how to deal with foreign patients! If you are foreign I'd advise you to go to another ER.

I was randomly sent here after calling 1177 regarding an infection I had. It was my first contact with any clinic whatsoever in Sweden and I was impressed by how efficiently the service was delivered. The waiting times were reasonable (around 10 minutes) and I could even receive help in English. The whole process from reception, to nurse, to lab, to doctor and finally to getting the prescription didn't take more than one hour. Definitely recommended! Time of the visit was around 15:00-16:00 on a Monday.
Very friendly and competent staff and you never have to wait for long. I was unsure whether my throat infection was viral or bacterial and they took a quick test which only took 10 minutes to get the results. Impressive!
they treated me very well every time i had to go there and always with a smile and kind word. very competent doctors and i never had to wait too long. no matter what time of the day, they're always polite and helpful. oh and they all made an effort to speak english to me as my swedish isn't so good for medical issues!
Ignorant and uncompetent staff. The nurse discarded an infection on my face as a pimple and tried to squeeze it with her bare hands! I didn't even get to see a doctor, in the end they sent me away with advice to buy throat lozenges as I had an enlarged lymph node due to a \pimple\. Went to a real doctor later and it turns out I had a bacterial infection that was spreading towards my eye. If you value your life, avoid this place at all costs.

Jag kommer dit med en vaxpropp, hänvisad av 1177. När jag kommer dit så får jag reda på att de inte sköljer öronen där. Jag får träffa en läkare som säger att han inte kan göra så mycket. Men så kommer räddaren i nöden, en lite äldre sköterska som väljer att fixa öronen på mig trots personalbrist och att det kommer Covid-19 smittade hela tiden. Hon fixar mina öron denna nyårsafton och allt blev bra. Hon räddade inte bara min nyårsdag utan gjorde även hela min dag och fick mig helt rörd av hennes vilja att hjälpa till. Till dig som hjälpte mig: Tack så jättemycket, världen behöver mer som dig. Du är helt fantastisk på ditt jobb och jag har aldrig blivit bättre bemött. Tack!
Blev hänvisad dit av både 1177 och Doktor.se men en sköterska mötte i dörren, förklarade varför jag var där och hon skakade på huvudet och hånade mig för om jag visste vad en närakut är, förklarade att jag hänvisades av andra och hon bokstavligen schasviftade med handen att jag skulle gå. Blev onödigt många sjuktaxi resor för det bemötandet
