Get used to the \The shipment could not be delivered\ message even if you spend the entire day at home waiting for a delivery. Only open between 8-17 is just an extra bonus.
Does not work in Uppsala, should be avoided. Most prominent issues: individuals can not update address, and have to contact a second company which in turn have a hard time trying to update, and that is a too slow a method to be ideal. Inconsistent when ID is required (should be possible to decide by the end user). Worst of all is the impossibility to book time of delivery (a 3 hour time period is not acceptable).

Fick ett paket som jag beställt från en leverantör, i order stod att paket skulle levereras till Upphämtningspunkt ca 600 m hemifrån. När paket kom fick jag köra tvärs genom hela Uppsala för att hämta paket 13 km bort. Hade nästan varit lika enkelt att köpa direkt av leverantören
Har man beställt något som ska fraktas med DHL så tar det för många dagar från ankomst till upphämtningsplats.
