It used to be good when it was new! No waiting time for drop in and helpful personel. Now they removed the drop-in option and are not as helpful anymore. Also you can't even ask for simple blood test for things that should be checked on a regular basis (especially with previous history and genetic issues). I am going to try somewhere else. Also it takes time (months) to get a real appointment with a 'doctor'.

Pretty bad experience at the Ekeby Gyn. Waited 30' over my appointment time. Then got an ultrasound, where the doc could not figure how to operate the machine. And provided almost zero information about what we see in the picture. I felt I could have done it better by myself.

As someone before me said, it used to be good. Now a disaster. Queuing two hours to meet a nurse to be told that I must get in another queue to meet a doctor to get my prescription. Which I knew from the beginning and also the receptionist, of course. A parody.

Vänta, vänta, vänta ... och sedan kan du få en läkartid bokat 3 veckor senare. Vi har kommit tillbaka 3 gånger för samma problem med någon verklig hjälp. Varje gång får vi vänta 2-3 timmar för att se en sjuksköterska. Vi behöver en remiss till en specialist för våra barn. Skam!

Har man problem med ett knä eller axel så kommer man till en sjukgymnast istället för att komma till en läkare som kanske kan göra en bedömning vad man behöver för vård
