Came there needing to swap a freewheel from one wheel to another and they did it instantly and free of charge. Great place!

I needed to get my gears and lights fixed with the result that: - They did not manage to fix my lights; my almost new back tire was missing and my bottom bracket makes sounds now. - I had to wait two weeks instead of one day (which they had told me in the beginning) and go to their shop six times in total. - I never received any apology or explanation. - They did not hand me a bill, even after explicitly asking for it. After complaining massively, they at least gave me back an equivalent back tire and even new crank arms. Due to this goodwill (which came very late), I give them two points instead of one. But overall, they were highly unprofessional and I cannot understand why they have such a good reputation.

Fantastiskt snabba och proffsiga. Lämnade in min cykel på en välbehövlig service och nu den känns som ny. Mycket prisvärt och snabbt utfört jobb. Trevlig personal! Rekommenderar verkligen detta ställe, både för cykelköp eller service.

Här är det \ samling vid pumpen\. Ett säkert ställe att hämta luft, både till cykeln och sig själv. Killarna är sååå hjälpsamma och hjälper så gärna till. Allt från trasiga delar, service eller bara en sådan enkel sak som att ändra på sadelhöjden eller styrets vinkel. Leffe själv har jag känt sedan han var \ lärling \ hos Hicke Jansson på Kungsängsgatan. Att han startade eget var ingen överraskning, han kan allt om cyklar. Sedan kan man få sig ett gott skratt också, han är rätt kul att prata med. Tycker Annika Wettervik på Tegnergatan 34b
