Great taste, delicious food and awesome quick service. If you want to experience the delicious Eritreab and Ethiopian food, then Messob is a must visit for you. I love the food and drinks they serve here. You can also buy a glutton free teff flour (mjöl) at a fantastic fair price over here. I highly recommend and give it 10 rating.

Absolutely amazing food, great taste, quick and helpful service. Even I our picky kids of 3,5 and 6 years of age loved the food.
Ordered two vegetarian mixed plates, absolutely fantastic delicious food, and it came with lots of injera! Good spiciness and flavours.
You are blown with a home atmosphere of this place once you come in! The place is run by family and you can feel that in small details - tidy clean design, cosy lighting and accurate menu. In contrast to other fancy restaurants in the area, this place has its own unique face - it starts from welcoming staff who really knows about their food and provide an AMAZING service! Food is really warming and delicious. The fact that you eat it with hands makes the whole meal as an experience (of course they are providing normal cutlery, but we would really recommend to eat it as it is supposed to - with hands). There is no loud music, so you can really talk with each other and connect to the person while sharing food. This place is MUST visit while in Uppsala! We will definitely come back!

This is a really great, cosy little Ethiopian place, apparently run by brothers and what I imagine is their adorable little mum. Lovely, Ethiopian food and a great assortment of beers from Africa (note that COVID apparently effects deliveries, so the beer selection may be missing stuff during the pandemic!).
One of the best in town for both vegan and meat dishes.
A different food experience with good price. You can also find exclusive african beers here. The place is cozy, but the it can be hard to catch the waiters attention due to few workers. It seemed like it was only one person working when we were there. Otherwise good service.
